• Lab data: veterinary lab reports you upload, including extracted biomarker values

• Provide, operate, and improve the PawChart service
• Generate AI-powered interpretations of your pet's lab results
• Contact you about your results or account (including by phone if we identify values that may need attention)

4. Anonymized Data

If you have opted in, we may use your lab data in anonymized, aggregated form to improve our AI models and product features. This data cannot be traced back to you or your pet. We never sell identifiable data to third parties.

• Service providers who help us operate PawChart (cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring) under strict confidentiality obligations

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Anonymous lab uploads that are not claimed are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@pawchart.ai.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, secure transmission (HTTPS), and access controls. No system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

PawChart is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
