1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PawChart ("the Service"), operated by Nuvotech Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Not Veterinary Advice — Important Disclaimer

PawChart is an educational tool only. It is not a veterinary service and does not provide veterinary advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.

The AI-generated summaries and interpretations produced by PawChart are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. PawChart's AI models may produce errors, omissions, or inaccurate outputs. You acknowledge that:

• You will not make medical or treatment decisions for your pet based solely on PawChart's outputs
• You will always consult a licensed veterinarian before acting on any information provided by the Service
• In any emergency involving your pet, you will contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency animal clinic immediately
• PawChart does not establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship of any kind

3. AI-Generated Content

PawChart uses artificial intelligence to extract, interpret, and summarize veterinary lab data. AI-generated content is inherently imperfect. We do not warrant that any AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. You use AI-generated content at your own risk. The Company is not liable for any harm arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

5. Your Data and License

You retain ownership of the data you upload to PawChart. By uploading lab reports and other content, you grant Nuvotech Consulting LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use that data solely to provide and improve the Service. If you have opted in to anonymized data use, you additionally grant us the right to use your data in anonymized, aggregated form for AI training and research purposes, as described in our Data Use Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent, fabricated, or misleading lab data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nuvotech Consulting LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any reliance on AI-generated content produced by the Service; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NUVOTECH CONSULTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR HARM TO YOUR PET, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NUVOTECH CONSULTING LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
